The actress donned an unusual Dolce & Gabanna dress, one that covered up any possible hickeys left on her body by the aforementioned 20-year old.

Report: Jon Gosselin is a Cheater!

Jon Gosselin has eight children and one very nagging wife.

So it would be hard to blame the guy for straying, though he claims a new report in Us Weekly proves no such thing.

Allow us to explain:

Allegedly, Gosselin - one half of the couple in charge of an octet of kids on the TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8 - recently left club Legends (barely able to walk, witnesses say) at 2 a.m. And he wasn't alone!

Jon climbed into a car with a mystery woman, and without his wedding band.
The dad of twins AND sextuplets supposedly panicked when cameras began flashing and urged his female friend to "get in the car!" before speeding off. He didn't even turn on his headlights (that's dangerous, kids).

While TLC had no comment on the night in question, or the couple's marital status, Jon sent an email to Us Weekly.

"I went to Legends to speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car," he wrote. "Yes, I have female friends - but that is all she is."

While Kate Gosselin might not be thrilled with this story, Nadya Suleman must be doing cartwheels. For once, she isn't the week's shadiest famous parent of a horde of kids.

Miley Cyrus "Torn" Between Justin Gaston, Nick Jonas

Miley Cyrus has some bad news for Justin Gaston, according to a report in today's New York Daily News. She wants to get back with her ex, Nick Jonas.

Despite dating 20-year-old underwear model-musician Gaston for nearly eight months, Miley apparently says her heart belongs to Nick, her first love.

The two - who split in 2007 - find it "impossible to stay apart."

“Miley and Nick want to get back together,” a source says. “They’re working together [on a new video], in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.”

When the two were seen on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley Cyrus laughed off romance rumors, using the “just friends” line.

“Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching," says the Daily News source. "Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.”

Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus are “very sweet together,” but they do have squabbles - the insider says - like when it comes to telling Justin Gaston the truth.

The source says that when it comes to dumping Gaston, Miley turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!”

Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they are over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it.”

Nadia Montenegro ready to make peace with Gretchen Barretto

Last Christmas Eve, former actress Nadia Montenegro consulted her doctor because her left eye had lost vision. The doctor found out that the retina had a tear. Unless treated, her right eye could be affected and she would go blind.

“It’s something to do with my immune system na kung hindi ko agapan, pati right eye ko baka mangyari rin, kasi may implant din ako sa right eye,” explained Nadia to GMA News reporter Lhar Santiago in an interview shown earlier tonight, January 15, in 24 Oras.

Nadia had an operation last January 6 to repair the damaged retina on her left eye. Her vision improved slightly but the medication is not yet over.

“Another laser,” Nadia said. “Kung maaagapan ng laser, hindi na gagawin yung second surgery sa eye ko.”

FRIENDSHIP’S SECOND WIND? Year 2008 was not too good for Nadia. She had rifts with several people; including columnist Cristy Fermin, talent manager Rose Flaminiano, and close friend Gretchen Barretto. Her health also suffered a lot last year—she had a mild stroke in October and her left eye went blind before Christmas day.

Now, Nadia wants to start 2009 right. She is now ready to greet Gretchen, who was her friend since they were kids, should they bump into each other.

“Honestly, sa pagkatao ko talaga, if I see her, I’m sure I’m gonna smile. Sana, sana it can still be the same before, which I really doubt [that] things are gonna be the same again. But, again, it’s 2009, wala na akong galit kahit kanino,” assured Nadia.

Gretchen, too, has already been open to reconciliation with her old friend.

In an interview with PEP last November 13, Gretchen said: “Walang problema sa aking magpakumbaba, hindi problema sa akin ‘yon. Mahal ko si Nadia, mamahalin ko siya kahit anong mangyari.

“Alam mo, kami rin ang magtutulungan niyan kapag may nangyari sa akin. Kapag nalaman niyang naoperahan ako o ooperahan ako o may sakit ako, siya ang unang-unang tatakbo. At kapag alam ko, nalaman ko na may sakit si Nadia or may kailangan siya, ako rin ang unang-unang tatakbo.”

Madonna spent time in a Long Island hospital this weekend following a fall off a horse that her publicist blames on reporters.

"The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer," spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg said.

The 50-year-old pop singer, who is still hoping to adopt a girl from Malawi, was released after being treated for "minor injuries and bruises" at a Southampton hospital, said Rosenberg.

Oksana Pochepa Reveals Herself as Mel Gibson's Lover

Forget the controversy stirred up by Passion of the Christ.

Sounds like Mel Gibson has to worry about the passion of Oksana Pochepa!

In an interview with Great Britain's The Sun, the 24-year old Russian pop singer says she's been enjoying a relationship with the actor for months. And it sounds like more than just a fling.

"This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting," Pochepa told the newspaper yesterday.

The singer met Gibson in August 2008 when she was hired to compose a song for his upcoming movie, Edge of Darkness.

A source on the Massachusetts set told Us Weekly that the pair would often hang out together in Gibson's trailer... if you know what we mean! (Editor's note: that's actually all we mean by that statement. But it's not hard to imagine what they were doing in there.)

In Gibson's defense, insiders have said he and wife Robyn - who filed for divorce this week - have been separated for three years. But that makes this story far less juicy.

Audrina Patridge is leaving The Hills behind.

The beauty is set to star in her own, untitled, totally unscripted reality show - and she provided fans with a preview of it at the premiere party for her first movie, Into the Blue 2: The Reef.

Shrewd move by Barack Obama, choosing a rejected dog who needs a second home. Not only is it nice, but animal rights peeps will go less insane.

The six-month-old dog is named Charlie, though the Obamas will rename it.

We already knew that John Mayer was a douchebag.

The ex-boyfriend of Jennifer Aniston recently Twittered his affection for 16-year old Demi Lovato. Granted, he was just giving props to her vocal stylings, but we can't help but question the older singer's intentions.

"I have ‘La La Land’ by @ddlovato stuck in my head. Actually, it’s not stuck. I’m choosing to sing it. B section is sophisticated. You’re going to make lots of records, I can tell," Mayer wrote.

Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag Set Wedding Date: April 25

Breaking news: Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are reportedly set to tie the knot on Saturday, April 25, in an undisclosed location in Pasadena, Calif.

"This will be the real wedding," says an E! Online source close to The Hills couple, who last November staged fake nuptials for MTV cameras in Mexico.

"It's being filmed as the season finale for The Hills."

The infamous twosome has already invited 110 guests or so to the nuptials, but the list is expected to grow even larger as the wedding date nears.

We didn't get ours, guys. Must be a mix up at the post office.

Can Chris Brown's Career Be Saved?

Having pleaded not guilty to assault and criminal threats in conjunction with a brutal "alleged" attack on Rihanna at his arraignment Monday, Chris Brown now has three weeks until his next court date April 29 to hammer out a plea deal.

Whether he succeeds will depend, in large part, on who blinks first - presumably, a plea bargain would have already been agreed upon if the D.A. would let Brown avoid serving jail time, which his lawyers are actively seeking.

But so far, no agreement.

Will Brown agree to a shorter jail sentence in order to avoid a protracted trial and the maximum four year, eight month sentence he's facing? Or will the D.A. not want to potentially risk any chance of losing and agree to a slap on the wrist?

Either way, Chris Brown is 19. His life will go on, and as far as the future is concerned, the more important question for him is whether his career can be saved.

Max Sheen: Safe at Home

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller can finally rest easy.

Baby Max has been sent home to join his parents and twin brother Bob, a spokesman for the actor said today.

The newborn had remained in the hospital due to birth-weight-related issues, Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, announcer earlier this month.

But Rosenfield has confirmed that the infant, born March 14, was released several days ago.

"Premature babies are often underweight. Max made weight and went home," Rosenfield said. "It's frustrating to be a parent and not have your family home with you. This is the last week of Two and a Half Men [which is going on hiatus], so Charlie and Brooke will be able to spend some quality time with their kids."

Back in December, Joe Galante, the head of Sony BMG Nashville, was furious with the antics of Jessica Simpson and threatening to drop her from the label.

Whether or not Jennifer Love Hewitt looked better than Julianne Hough at last night's Academy of Country Music Awards is a matter of opinion.

But, as was confirmed at the ceremony last night, the actress' relationship with Jamie Kennedy is a matter of fact.

The pair stepped out as a couple for the first time at the event, as Kennedy admitted he had assistance from his girlfriend when it came to his choice of a white suit.

Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty; Rihanna Wants Deal

Chris Brown entered a plea of not guilty to two felony charges - aggravated assault and making criminal threats - in court this afternoon at 3:26 p.m. PST.

With ex-girlfriend Rihanna, the victim in the "alleged" incident, nowhere in sight, Brown showed up at L.A. County criminal courthouse to officially face the music for "allegedly" pummeling her into oblivion back on February 8.

He is due back in court on April 29.

After hearing the counts against him, Brown was asked for his plea by the judge. The singer answered with a hushed, short "not guilty, your honor."

Brown's legal camp, headed by attorney Mark Geragos, has been working on a plea deal around the clock, with the goal of preventing him from having to serve jail time (he is looking at up to years and eight months if convicted).

Rihanna Arrives Home in Barbados

With Chris Brown due in court next week, Rihanna has been keeping her distance from her estranged lover but living a more high-profile life than she was right after his "alleged" attack on her, hop-scotching the country in glamorous style.

Rihanna's latest stop Friday: her native Barbados.

"She's home," father Ronald Fenty said of Rihanna, who was photographed at the island's international airport wearing a long, gauzy beige dress, white sunglasses and sandals. "She is in good spirits. And she sounds great."

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen: Married Again!

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady, who secretly married in February, exchanged vows a second time in a short sunset ceremony at her home in Costa Rica Saturday.

The bride, in a long designer dress and a veil that trailed 10 feet, held a bouquet of white orchids, “looked so gorgeous,” a source says. “She looked beautiful.”

Security guards blocked off key access points to Bundchen's house in Santa Teresa, where 25 or so guests gathered under a tent set up on the home’s balcony.

After the ceremony, the handsome Tom Brady, in a gray suit and vest with white pants, held his one-year-old son John (whose mom is Bridget Moynahan) on the balcony and spoke with guests like Bob Kraft, the New England Patriots owner.

That afternoon, Gisele got dressed at the nearby Hotel Flor Blanca while workers readied her home. Around 4:30 p.m., the Brazilian supermodel and other guests raced back to her home just in time for the sunset nuptials.

Earlier that day, Tom Brady hosted a bachelor’s brunch for the men in his entourage at the luxurious Milarepa hotel, while his beautiful wife entertained the female guests and went over some of last-minute wedding details at her home.

The fun, separate his-and-her gatherings was the final lead up to three days of pre-wedding celebration before the couple's second set of nuptials.

Diana Palin: Arrested!

We don't just pick on Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, her family and people associated with her family because it's fun. Well, okay, it's a little bit fun.

But they really need to stop getting arrested, talking about boning on the Tyra Banks Show, getting pregnant in high school or shooting wolves from helicopters. If such activities were to cease, we wouldn't have much to talk about.

The latest Palin family drama surrounds Sarah Palin's sister-in-law, Diana Palin, who was arrested on Thursday for allegedly burglarizing a house.

Not once, but twice in a matter of days!

Even better, she reportedly brought her four-year-old daughter along for this pair of high-stakes heists, according to the Anchorage Daily News.

Citing an affidavit filed Friday, the Alaskan newspaper reported that Diana Palin (half sister to Sarah Palin's husband, Todd Palin) was caught by the homeowner, Theodore Turcott, who was hiding in his bathroom with a gun.

He found Diana Palin going straight to a bedroom cabinet where he had kept his cash in the past. Turcott has been robbed several times in the last few weeks.

He lost $2,200 in a robbery on March 26, and nearly $400 on March 31.

Palin's four-year-old daughter, who was waiting in the car Thursday, entered the house shortly before police arrived, the prosecutor stated during the hearing Friday.

The affidavit says the girl told cops she had been to the house days before with her mom. Diana Palin denied this, claiming she mistook the house for a friend's place.

Diana Palin was slapped with felony burglary charges, along with misdemeanor theft and criminal trespassing in conjunction with the March 31 and April 2 incidents.

Unlike their statement bitch-slapping Levi Johnston for his comments about nailing Bristol, Governor Palin and her family have declined to comment on the matter.

Madonna Denied Bid to Adopt Malawi Child

Madonna's application to adopt Chifundo "Mercy" James, 3, was turned down by a Malawi judge Friday morning in court. The judge cited requirements that adoptive parents reside in the African country for 18 to 24 months.

"I must have to decline to grant the application to Madonna," judge Esmie Chondo, who was widely expected to sign off on the adoption, said in a closed-door ruling.

The icon arrived in Malawi last week to visit her orphanage, see Mercy, and take David to see his biological father to keep him in touch with his Malawi roots.

The star's 2006 adoption of Banda was granted despite her not meeting the residency requirements, which caused outrage among some non-governmental groups that believes she was using her celebrity status to bend the law.

In his ruling, the judge expressed concern that by allowing Madonna or others to bypass their requirements, the courts could actually facilitate the trafficking of children by some unscrupulous individuals instead of safeguarding them.

Chombo also argued that Madonna's good works with Malawi's orphanages - she is now supporting more than 25,000 orphans in the country - will still benefit Mercy since she currently resides in a facility sponsored by the singer.

Madonna will be allowed to file an appeal against the order. Fortunately, she still has one adopted child in David Banda, and another in Jesus Luz.

Miss New Mexico, Raelene Aguilar, Busted For DUI

Probably not since Lindsay Lohan's pair of slutty booking photos have we seen a mug shot this damn hot. Raelene Aguilar, who's Miss New Mexico USA 2008, was arrested after driving drunk in El Paso, Texas, yesterday at 3:48 a.m.

Raelene was busted after the cops originally pulled her over for speeding. Always a good way to keep the attention away from yourself. They gave her a a field sobriety test, which she failed. She was booked into county jail at 6:00 a.m.

Aguilar went before a judge and was eventually bailed out for $600, but not before showcasing her natural good looks in the booking photo below ...

The president of the Miss Universe Organization Paula Shugart, a bigwig at Miss USA, reportedly said of Raelene Aguilar, "She has our deepest sympathies and we're hoping she can make it through this difficult time. She's a good person."

As Tara Conner will attest, those Miss USA folks are a forgiving bunch.

Aguilar, whose reign as Miss New Mexico USA came to a close at the end of 2008, said through her attorney that she is innocent and will contest these charges.

Bollywood Reporters quoted “Aishwarya is quite happy and thrilled that she had been approached for this honor. But she is very particular about her image and therefore didn’t want the doll to look anything that she wasn’t comfortable with, ”

Early reports of the doll have been good and so Mattel Toys is now planning to speed up production and distribute the dolls within India and internationally in countries like United Kingdom and Dubai where Bollywood has a strong fan following, especially Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s fans.

That’s exactly what happened at the Rashtrapati Bhawan Tuesday as Aishwarya Rai arrived in style to receive her Padma Shri civilian honour from President Pratibha Patil.

Tall and lissome and clad in an embroidered pink sari, she was quite naturally the cynosure of all eyes as she regally swept into the ornate Durbar Hall for the ceremony.

It was only a little later that the audience realised that she was accompanied by her equally tall father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan and the rather shorter Amar Singh, who is the general secretary of the Samajwadi Party and a very visible face on TV these days in the run up to the general elections.

As the TV cameras rolled and the still photographers clicked away furiously, Aishwarya quite visibly savoured the moment even as Singh seemed lost.

Cut to the Banquet Hall where the guests adjourend to after the ceremony for high tea.

As she entered, Aishwarya Rai was quickly surrounded by eager autograph seekers thrusting forward everything from invitation cards to writing pads to pieces of paper for her to sign.

A smaller group surrounded Bachchan and as for Amar Singh, he moved from one to the other, not quite knowing what to do.

Finally, he decided to call it a day and slunk into the background, his expression seeming to say: “What am I doing here?”

And, when Aishwarya trooped out as grandly as she had swept in, Amar Singh quietly followed her and Bachchan.

“Come on, give him a break,” remarked a wag. “Perhaps he’s feeling lost because this is one place he can’t play his politics.”

“It’s not that,” remarked another. “It’s called the Aishwarya effect of being overshadowed.”

Megan Joy Eliminated from American Idol

The cawing has come to an end.

Megan Joy, who enjoyed making the sound of a crow on stage, was the latest American Idol finalist to be sent home. She was joined in the bottom three last night by Anoop Desai and Allison Iraheta.

Megan seemed resigned to her fate from the outset of this week's results show.

The judges didn't even give Joy a chance to earn their save, as Simon Cowell seemed turned off by her cheerful indifference to her plight.

Perhaps the singer was just ready to go home, though. She cried when talking about her two-year old son.

Insane Nadya Suleman Wants Reality Show

Octomom Nadya Suleman and six of her famous octuplets, born in January, have been photographed together for the first time on the cover of In Touch Weekly.

If she has her way, it won't be the last.

In the photo, a sort of normal-looking Nadya Suleman appears with sleeping newborns Isaiah, Noah, Nariah, Maliah, Makai and Jeremiah. The other two babies, Jonah and Josiah, are stable but remain in neonatal intensive care in Bellflower, Calif.

“They need a little more time to develop, grow and tolerate food,” Kaiser Permanante Medical Center spokeswoman Beth Trombley told the celeb news mag.

The magazine details the conflict between Octomom, who wants to raise her 14 children alone and hopefully on a reality series coming soon, and the "concerns" of TV blowhard shrink Dr. Phil McGraw and publicity hound lawyer Gloria Allred.

According to reports, Nadya Suleman is interested in starring in a reality show as soon as the final two octuplets, Jonah and Josiah, leave the hospital.

The magazine quotes a source who says a deal is in place. “It’s about Nadya trying to raise 14 children while looking for love,” the insider explains.

That sort of shameless fame-whoring has just about everyone up in arms.

“These babies should be placed in foster care,” Gloria Allred, an attorney for Angels in Waiting, which provided free nurses to Nadya, says. “There they would receive the individualized care that the babies need and deserve.”
